Substance Abuse Among Older Adults 16 CEUs
Course Description: Recommends best practices for identifying, screening, assessing, and treating alcohol and prescription abuse among people age 60 and older. Discusses the special populations within the senior community, various co-morbid disorders that are commonly present and the barriers to treating this population.
Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:
