Step 2: Read The Course Material Choose one of the formats below, read the text and answer the exam questions from Step 1. The exam questions flow in the exact order of the text.
Step 3: Submit the Electronic Exam Press the 'Take Exam Now' button below and record your answers from Step 2.
Your test results will be revealed after pressing the 'Grade and Submit' button. When your grade has been displayed and you have achieved a passing score of 70% or higher, close the grade window which will automatically return you to this page. Proceed to Step 4 below.
In order to maintain the integrity of our testing program correct and/or incorrect answers are not revealed.
If you have already completed an electronic exam and need to submit payment, you do not need to re-test. Proceed to Step 4 without re-testing.
If you fail an electronic exam, you may re-test a maximum of 2 more times. After 3 failing attempts, the participant needs to make contact with an instructor.
Step 4: Submit Payment If the payee name is different from that of the participant's name on the exam form you will need to notify us by email.

Receipt of Your CEU Certificate A personalized ceu certificate will be issued no later than 24 hours after receipt of your passing (70%) exam and receipt of payment.Electronic CEU Certificates are sent out twice daily - early am and late pm PST. You will need to add our email address to your approved senders list so that we are not blocked by your spam filter from sending attachments. You can easily do this by sending us a blank email.
