1. How is QUE different from other online continuing education programs? 2. How many continuing education hours am I allowed to get through online learning? Many agencies will allow you to get all of your continuing education hours via online and home study format. We recommend that you contact your licensing agency and verify their requirements. Return to Top
3. I am technology shy. Will I still be able to complete my courses online? Absolutely. We are available to assist you with this learning process in order to help you become more comfortable with online technology. However, if you are still uncomfortable you might want to try our home study program instead.

4. How much are your courses? All our online courses are $3 per contact hour. All home study courses are
$ - $5 per contact hour and we pay for all shipping of textbooks to and from each destination. There are no texts to purchase. They come from our lending library - unless you opt to buy a book for your personal library. Return to Top

6. What are the options for payment? You may pay for your courses with a credit card, debit card or direct checking withdrawal through our secured online server Paypal. 7. I have never used Paypal. Is it safe? Do I need to have an account with Paypal? Paypal is a very safe and secure way to process payments over the internet. If we were not comfortable with the company's high security rating we would not use them. They accept credit cards, debit cards or direct checking account withdrawals. You do not need an account to pay through Paypal. Setting up an account is made an option when checking out but it is not necessary.
If you do not want to set up an account with PayPal you can feel confident in entering your credit card information on their secure site knowing that it will not be retained after the transaction is completed. Return to Top
8. Can I get a refund for the course if I am not satisfied? Yes, we offer full refunds on all home study courses if returned within two weeks of their shipment date. Since you don't pay for the online course until it is completed, this shouldn't be a problem. Once a certificate has been issued to a participant, refunds are not available. Return to Top
9. Is there a charge to replace my certificate if I lose it? No. We will gladly email or snail mail you another copy of your certificate at no charge. Return to Top
Courses
10. How long does it take to complete an online course and get my certificate? You can complete one of our online courses in a matter of one or a few days. It depends on your comfort level using computers and online technology. We would be more than happy to assist you in this process. Once you have passed the exam and paid for the course we will issue you a certificate within 24 hours. Return to Top
11. How long does it take to complete a home study course and get my certificate? The home study courses take longer to complete than the online courses. We use 3rd rate Media Mail to send you the course. You will need to allow any where from a couple of days up to two weeks for the book to arrive. Allow another 2 weeks to 30 days for completing the course and another few days up to two weeks for return of the materials. After grading your exam we process and mail the certificate, usually by U.S. mail, which can take a few days to arrive. The entire process could take up to 30 days or longer. This is a good option for those not in a hurry and who plan ahead to renew their license.

12. What is a CEU? What is a CEH? A CEU is a continuing education unit. Generally speaking, 10 hours of instructional contact = 1.0 CEU. Providers frequently use CEU in advertising courses.
A CEH is a continuing education hour. Most agencies will require that you earn so many contact hours within a 2-3 year period in order to renew your license or credential. All of our courses are marked according to contact hours. Contact hours are listed on your certificate of completion. Return to Top
13. What happens if I fail the course? 70% is considered a passing grade. You may retake the exam as often as necessary to achieve a passing score. You don't pay until you pass! Return to Top |
