Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled by owners Carol Lowell and Margie Savage.
We will promptly correct any errors.

Quantum Units Education is P3PSeal certified. In the event that a dispute regarding our privacy practices cannot be settled through our normal dispute resolution processes, you should contact P3PSeal, an independent third party. P3PSeal will serve as a liaison with Quantum Units Education to resolve any dispute you may have.

Financial Transactions 

Our participants can pay for services by mailing us a money order or check , by using PayPal to process a credit card or by calling us with credit card information. We do not keep any personal information on hand. All credit card information is destroyed immediately after an order has been processed.  Credit card information that is handled by PayPal goes through a secure Internet link between the customer's computer and PayPal's computer(s).  Our web site is not in that link.  PayPal's Privacy Policy


Participant Records

Quantum Units Education is required by licensing/certifying state organizations to maintain records of all participants who complete a continuing education course through our site. Records are retained on our system for a total of four years.

Data that is retained includes the participants name, mailing address, email address, course grades, payment records (does not include any credit card or banking information), participant correspondence and copies of all certificates that have been issued. These records are only accessible to authorized agents of Quantum Units Education, Margie Savage and Carol Lowell.
